Champion equitable access to higher-level elite development and travel sports by offering financial sponsorship to youth athletes who may not have the opportunity otherwise.

Even Playing Field was founded by Michael & Monica Garcia in Helotes, Texas to address the growing "pay-to-play" crisis in youth travel sports. Too many talented athletes are locked out of elite development simply due to lack of resources. We exist to change that.
